Your Energy Body

Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit and refers to the energy centers in your body. There are seven major energy “wheels” or Chakras in the body. These wheels of energy serve us best when they are open, aligned, and balanced, as they are related to major organs and bodily functions. Although there are more than 7 chakras in the body and ways that energy travels through us, knowing these major seven is a powerful start.


My goal is to help you know more about WHAT your energy body is, WHERE you can access it, HOW you can impact it positively and WHY it is so important. We know that eating vegetables, drinking water, and moving our bodies are keys to physical health. However, the Chakra’s can have powerful impacts on our physical and emotional well-being, too! Did you know that our energy centers can store information like emotions, memories, traumas, limiting beliefs, and more just like the physical cells of the body can? This is critical to know if you are stuck in health issues, emotional states, or patterns that you are ready to shift. To truly align to your greatest health, the wisdom of supporting the chakra’s and vital life force of energy that moves through these wheels/us is key. This ancient wisdom can be a game-changer for people’s health and is not to be missed!

Here is a chart you can use to practice daily affirmations for any chakra you may feel needs some extra love or balancing!

Tip: Write the affirmation on a post-it and place it at your desk, on the bathroom mirror, as the background to your work computer or phone, on your car dashboard, or more! This will help you remember to set your affirmation and intentions multiple times per day, which brings your system into higher energy frequently. The more often we connect to the message, the more likely we are to embody it in the challenging moments of life and move into the belief as our new default mode.
