Health is a marathon and not a sprint and we need to support the body accordingly. On this journey, we will evaluate progress at the end of each six months to assess changes, developments, and determine what program or services will best serve you at that point.
What is Nutrition Response Testing (NRT)?
NRT is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body and organ function to determine the underlying causes of ill or poor health. This approach seeks to identify and support root causes, rather than just covering symptoms. NRT allows your own body to communicate where imbalances are occurring and potential causes of these imbalances. This allows us to support you in the most comprehensive way possible, addressing the root cause of your symptoms.
Examples of imbalances that can be supported include mood swings, anxiety, depression, skin disorders, IBS, obesity, chronic fatigue, low energy, autoimmune disorders, constipation, diarrhea, fertility concerns, migraines, poor sleep patterns, chronic ear infections, immune weakness, chronic pain, arthritis, edema, weight loss/gain, high/ low blood pressure, diabetes, uncomfortable menopause symptoms, PMS or difficult menses, acne, excessive hair loss and more.

Lifestyle recommendations, mindfulness techniques, self body-work, and other wellness techniques may be included into your plan to create a comprehensive approach to supporting your health. SoulFit will be there for you all along the way, supporting you in this incredible new approach to your health care.

1.5-Hour Initial Nutrition Response Muscle Testing appointment to identify your priority root causes/stressors and nutritional protocol needs, to launch your program
5 One-hour Nutrition Response Muscle Testing appointments that keep you on track, identify additional root causes and provide correct nutritional support as your body unlayers additional imbalances (one session per month)
A comprehensive and customized clinical nutrition and wellness plan each month to support your individual health needs based off the supplement protocol identified during your NRT session that month, how your body is responding, overall needs, and more. Your plan will list the supplemental protocol required for each month of the plan. This will be ordered for you and in a timely manner.

Detailed Food journaling reviewal, feedback, and "goals of the week" for the first 12-weeks via online

1-hour per month of one-on-one coaching and consulting to answer all questions, support you fully, review progress, provide inspiration, adapt your plan, check-in, provide accountability, provide additional education and so much more.
In-Person Foundational Program Fee: $425.00 per month for 6-months
Online Clinical Nutrition Wellness Plan
1.5-Hour “Initial Plan Creation" time, by SoulFit to support initial potential root causes/stressors and nutritional protocol needs based on the information collected in your paperwork, Catalyst Consultation, assessments, and more to launch the first phase of your customized program. All plans will be created based on research, data collected, evidence-based approaches, and SoulFit clinical experience.
1-Hour consultation to review “Initial Plan” details, plan goals, guidelines, etc via Zoom to ensure understanding, compliance, functionality, and instructions.
5 One-hour Consultation appointments that keep you on track each month, identify additional potential root causes, and provide correct nutritional support as your body unlayers additional imbalances (one session per month via Zoom).
These appointments are a touchstone for us that will provide invaluable insight needed to adjust and progress your plan each month.
These appointments will allow for open discussion on how you are feeling, what is progressing, what is potentially unchanged at that point in the process, your questions, and so much more.
They will also allow for time for education, resource building, accountability, and additional coaching.
A series of progressive comprehensive and customized clinical nutrition and wellness plans each month to support your individual health needs based off of the supplement protocol identified during your consultation session that month, how your body is responding, overall needs and more.
This plan may include self bodywork to perform, mindfulness techniques, stress management techniques, lifestyle suggestions, referrals for other modalities that would benefit your progress, recipes, supportive resources for your plan or more.
Your plan will list the supplemental protocol required for each month of the plan. This will be ordered for you and in a timely manner.

Supplements for the nutritional protocols are an additional fee each month. These are essential to the success of this program, but cost is unknown until NRT is completed each month. What you test for is unique to your own body and may change over six months. The program fee is the baseline for service. The supplement fee is for the nutritional products themselves and TBD.
Additional add-on services are available upon request.

“I don’t remember many times when I looked in the mirror and was proud of the person looking back. I always thought I should be skinnier, felt like I should be happier, smarter, more accomplished. With regards to my weight I was never the “skinny” friend and it’s not that I wasn’t active, growing up we were always doing something. However, I struggled with my relationship with food. Food could be a comfort or something that could be controlled, if I was really happy it could be a reward, there is no way for me to explain it really. There were times, typically through a very restrictive diet, that I would get into that “skinny dress” and I would feel good for a brief period of time. Overall, it is your typical roller coaster story. At age 25 I was finally diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease and a lactose intolerance, the hills and valleys on that roller coaster just got higher and lower.
In August 2011 I discovered that I was pregnant. Over that period of time, I put on 55 lbs and struggled to maintain a balance. I was tired, cranky, and uncomfortable. Again, I felt like I should be glowing more, I should be happier. I hated going for my check-ups because the nurse always commented on my weight gain. She would make a face, look at my husband and then say softly – should I talk about your weight? I felt terrible. After I had Brynn, I lost the weight rather quickly. I was proud of the weight loss, even though I would say that I was “too skinny” now. It wasn’t a healthy weight loss, I wasn’t happier. It was quite the opposite really. As it often does, life gets hard and my weight flipped. After 7 months I was at 180lbs, I was diagnosed with Post-Partum Depression. I was tired all the time; I missed a lot of work. I didn’t care. The weight gain was a symptom, not the cause of the exhaustion. My soul was tired.
Then I lost my Mimre (grandmother). I sat next to her bed one night at the hospital, while she was in a coma, and told her it was OK to go. I was going to be OK; I was going to be strong. I needed to be strong. I needed to be strong for my family; I needed to pull myself out of the black hole I was in. I went to a counselor and started taking anti-depressants; however, there was still something missing to the solution. I felt like I was coping, managing. I was not getting stronger, I was not overcoming.
In 2013, I found the missing link, SoulFit. Through working with Hannah May, I learned about healthy eating and how to nourish and not restrict. I read books on how our gut is link to everything. Having been diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease, I was aware of how gluten affected me emotionally and physically but didn’t put it all together. I started taking supplements that helped me strengthen and not just cover up. I found a group of people that I looked forward to seeing two times a week, within the SoulFit gym. A group that picked each other up, cheered each other on; even pushed when needed. It was not long before I felt strong. I felt capable. I had goals and was determined to meet them. “I just want to say that if you are looking for an alternative to prescription medication, go see Hannah for muscle testing! I have been going to her for a while now for the muscle testing and the 21-day cleanse that she offers. I have also done her boot camp class. I first went to her for muscle testing for problems sleeping and to lower my cholesterol. Once she did the testing and found out what supplements I needed, I was able to sleep all night and my cholesterol went down. No need for prescription medication with those nasty side effects.
